Tell our readers how it all started.

My history with the golf cart industry goes all the way back to 2007 when I first fell in love with Bad Boy Buggies, and ultimately acquired the distribution rights for Florida. It was the first mass-produced all-electric 4×4 hunting built in Natchez, MS. A couple of years later I was introduced to another great product called Stealth 4×4 EUV out of West Monroe, LA. Likewise, I became a Distributor for them as well and continued to build up a huge dealer network throughout Florida and many other states along the East Coast. During my travels, tradeshows and one-on-one meetings, I gained the valuable experience needed to become a knowledgeable and trusted advisor. What’s more, I developed lifelong relationships with some of the finest people in the world. After being a distributor for Bad Boy Buggies and Stealth Manufacturing, I moved on to take over the wholesale division for a group of guys on the East Coast. Together, we came up with a plan to expand their company’s offerings in the wholesale market which included products, services, logistics, carts, parts, financing, and a turnkey reman program for dealers. In 2013, I focused all my energy and resources to execute this plan by setting up a large network of approved dealers and supplying them with remanufactured carts, parts, and off-lease golf carts by the truckload on a cost-plus basis. In 2016 the company was bought out and the powers that be eliminated the wholesale division in order to focus on retail growth. I really liked what I was doing and thought this is an area that has promise. Based on years of feedback, it was obvious that dealers and business owners across the country needed an easier way to access most of the off-lease carts available for purchase without having to deal with the logistical headaches that follow. This motivated me to continue doing what I was doing on my own with the help of several sales reps that I trusted, respected and admired because of their character, excellent work ethic and shared passion for always doing what’s best for the customer. Today, our sales team has over 70 years of combined experience ready for service. We look forward to helping our customers grow their businesses in 2019 and beyond. Do you specialize in custom builds? Custom paint? Parts & Accessories? Sell golf cars (Authorized dealer for?)

What would you say is a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to your success?

We love our customers and strive to exceed their expectations every single day, no matter the cost. Our business is largely built on what our customers think of us, and the comprehensive service we provide. A proven track record of satisfaction is key to this business. We try to anticipate the needs of our customers and handle every transaction properly. The very nature of moving used golf carts can provide a slew of challenges from selection to pick up & delivery. At every step of the process, we are there to help solve issues that may arise. If we incur a problem, we do whatever it takes to make it right and leave our customers happy. In this business reputation is not the only thing, it is everything. Our reputation is very important to us and we will always be honest and passionate about what we do and how we do it.

Is there anything else you would like our readers to know about you?

If someone is looking for ways to expand their current product line, increase sales & profit margins or just looking for a new business opportunity, we can help that person. On average, our Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, and non-OEM dealers average an extra profit of between 30-40% when selling golf carts combined with their retail products. This fluctuates depending on whether a dealer sells off-lease “as-is” carts or wants to remanufacture and customize the carts in house, or both. Once we know what a customer is looking for we can make recommendations based on those particular goals and objectives.
